Floortek delivered polished concrete floors throughout the new Pilatus Australia facility at Adelaide Airport — a $12.7 million development comprising a 3,560m² three-storey head office, training and administration facility, and a 1,560m² aircraft hangar. The project was constructed by Sarah Constructions for the Swiss luxury aviation brand, which operates one of the largest private aircraft dealerships in the Asia-Pacific region.

Polished concrete was specified for the lobby, atrium, and display areas — delivering a high-gloss finish that complements the building’s striking architecture and reflects the Pilatus brand. The ground floor layout allows clients to land their jet, walk straight through the terminal, and arrive directly in the showroom — all on the same seamless polished floor.
