Floortek completed two distinct scopes of work on the Adelaide Festival Tower project for builder Built. The first scope involved the installation of high-performance waterproofing membranes to the rooftop, protecting the building envelope from water ingress over the long term.

The second scope covered the application of epoxy and protective coating systems throughout the internal areas of the building. These coatings were specified to provide durable, trafficable surfaces suited to the demands of a high-profile commercial tower.
