Builder: 345 Projects | Client: Endeavour Group | Service: Mechanically Polished Concrete — Husqvarna Hipertrowel System | Location: Unley, South Australia
Dan Murphy’s Unley is a high-end concept retail store delivered by 345 Projects for Endeavour Group under a fast-tracked 12-week program from base build handover to store launch. Operating within an active retail precinct, the project required structured staging and close coordination with Endeavour Group’s national delivery team to meet brand standards and program milestones.
Floortek was engaged by 345 Projects to install mechanically polished concrete flooring across both the main trading floor and back-of-house areas using the Husqvarna Hipertrowel system.
- Main trading floor — Husqvarna Hipertrowel polished concrete delivering a dense, hardwearing surface with a refined aesthetic finish consistent with the Dan Murphy’s high-end concept store brief
- Back-of-house areas — Husqvarna Hipertrowel system applied to all back-of-house concrete, providing dust-free, durable surfaces suitable for stock handling and operational use
The Husqvarna Hipertrowel system uses power troweling with specialised diamond tooling to mechanically densify and polish the concrete surface in a single process — producing a harder, denser floor than conventional grinding and polishing, with tighter tolerances and a finish that holds up under heavy retail traffic. It is particularly suited to fast-track retail programs where time on site is at a premium.
